This transformative work was followed by a companion book, "Spiritual Gift Guide." As a dedicated member of his church, Todd has served several years in volunteer leadership, specializing in organizational transitions.Todd's extensive experience includes certification in The Genesis Process, a proven relapse prevention program. He's also worked at a Christian residential addiction recovery facility, serving men and their families.
